Shipping Policy

BMC Productions ships orders using USPS and other available carrier services through Shopify Shipping.

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on:
• Package weight
• Package size
• Customer location
• Carrier rates available at the time of purchase

Processing times may vary depending on order size, customization level, and current production volume. Most custom apparel orders are processed within 5–10 business days before shipment.

Please note:
• Custom and personalized items may require additional processing time
• Memorial and large business orders may take longer depending on design approval and quantity
• Customers will receive tracking information once orders have shipped
• BMC Productions is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout
